Purchase your first home with the kiwisaver first home grant
Buying your first home is a massive milestone and goal for many Kiwis across the country. Unfortunately, the journey to securing a place to call your own isn’t always straightforward – let alone easy. If you’re sick of visiting open homes, wasting time at auctions and spending hours trawling Trade Me, it could be the perfect time to talk to one of our New Home Consultants. Our team welcomes first time home buyers at all stages of the process to discuss what options are available and how we can help you get through the process faster – all the while minimising the headaches and hoops you have to jump through.
What should be a positive and exciting experience is too often tainted by ‘what if?’ scenarios and unanswered questions. Partnering with our experienced professionals equips you with the backing to explore possibilities with confidence.
Our team’s mission is to bring awareness to the tools available for first home buyers; facilitating the achievement of actualising property ownership dreams.
In addition to our knowledge, Navigation Homes works with key professionals such as lawyers, mortgage brokers and property valuers. Our network can assist with priceless advice for purchasing a home for the first time. This includes consulting first-time home buyers on the process of accessing the KiwiSaver First Home Grant and withdrawing from KiwiSaver for their first home purchase.

This policy, which began in 2015, has helped many Kiwis afford the initial costs of buying their first property. If you meet the requirements, this is a fantastic way to speed up the purchase process and get into your new home as soon as possible.
